Venue Finding

BookOTel's groups and events team have been offering a free venue finding service for almost 20 years, assisting clients with all type and size of event. Our goal is for clients to think of our staff as an extension of their own office, working in partnership from initial enquiry through to departure and settlement of invoice.

Our dedicated team of experts all have extensive experience and knowledge of running and organising events. This is further enhanced by our comprehensive venue database, an extensive in-house library, regular site inspections and venue presentations. In recent years we have expanded the range of venues we utilise to include a large variety of unusual venues - previous bookings including cruise ships, theatres, cinemas, country houses, and historical buildings. Our venue listing is only limited by imagination.
