We are delighted to announce the amalgamation of Room Service Hotel Reservations into our existing reservations department. The tie up is particularly pleasing as all proceeds from the deal are being donated to charitable organisations close to the heart of each organization.
Established in 1982, Room Service has built a fine reputation as a specialist hotel booking agent with a key focus on knowledge, service and care. In BookOTel, Room Service identified a partner who share the same key values and who continue to enjoy success based on these core principals.
Room Service Managing Director Nick Sisson’s commented – ‘it was imperative to me that Room Service clients continued to received the same level of service and care that we have been providing for 30 years. I know the team at BookOTel and trust them to continue to provide this while also offering a wider range of services through their venue finding and travel teams. My decision for all proceeds to be paid to charity is simply down to Room Service having provided many staff and myself a living over the years and feel that it owes me nothing. I know that Nick and his team at BookOTel will nurture the business and so benefit the charities significantly.’

The icing on the cake is that we are able to do so with such nice people who are passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives around the world. All proceeds from the union will be donated to Wilmslow Wells for Africa [www.wilmslowwells.org] and Ronald McDonald House Birmingham [www.rmhc.org.uk].
