A dedicated account manager will be your single point of contact for all account management issues, providing a direct link for client liaison and having full account knowledge and responsibility. The account manager is singularly responsible for the overall success of the account, including any implementation, set-up activity, rate negotiation, process implementation, information gathering and distribution in-house training, and client review meetings.
