The Tenet Group have worked with BookOTel for over 3 years now and have built a solid relationship. We started using them purely for ad hoc venue finding but now use them for all (170) of our Event venue sourcing, booking, amendments and have recently used them to manage our Annual Conference.
As the relationship is developing into the future we are looking at using their online delegate management system. Our Annual conference took place in November 2008 on the island of Jersey. We had over 400 delegates, staff and sponsors in attendance.

I don't think it would be fair to single one of your employees out as all I have come into contact with have been of the highest standard. Polite, efficient, courteous and a speedy service seem to come as second nature. The bookings were made immediately and I have been kept regularly updated.
