Established in 1990 BookOTel have grown to be one of the largest and respected business travel agents in the UK.
Our founder, Simon J Scott, remains our Chief Executive today and is passionate that the principals on which the company was founded remain the same - '' I recognised a gap in the market for a hotel booking agency that offered really personal service, genuinely caring for their clients welfare. As the company has grown we have developed to where we are now offering a full suite of business travel services, always remembering that excellent customer service must be at the heart of everything we do.''
As a founding member of the Hotel Booking Agents Association we remain a key voice within our industry, and have ensured that we remain at the forefront of technology with recent advances in online booking tools and in-house systems.
