Full Account Management
For all volume accounts a dedicated account manager is provided. This person is the single point of contact for all account management issues, providing a direct link for client liaison and having full account knowledge and responsibility.
The account manager is singularly responsible for the overall success of the account, including any implementation, set-up activity, rate negotiation, process implementation, information gathering and distribution in-house training, and client review meetings.
The role of the account manager develops with the business but resolutely remains as the sole point of contact providing a clear direct communication channel.
