BookOTel offer an account back or bill back service, subject to relevant credit checks and meeting our volume of business requirements. The account back facility enables central payment of all business travel costs, consolidated into one simple invoice.

Our accounts office provide full back-up for all invoice charges, sorted via any branch, cost centre or purchase order. The invoice will then be sent both in hard copy and electronically via an excel spreadsheet thoroughly scrutinised for errors.

Full support is available for any queries or anomaly, all aiding in simplifying our clients expense and accounts procedures.
